HIYA!
I’M TROY.

Let’s Ignite some creativity, overcome limitations, and elevate collaboration through the transformative power of play.

I BELIEVE WE CAN CREATE A WORKPLACE WHERE CREATIVITY THRIVES, PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED WITH JOY, AND INNOVATION BECOMES A NATURAL OUTCOME.

I’m a creative leader, collaborative thinker, and advocate for playful design. I’ve had the joy of shaping everything from print + packaging to mobile apps and billion-dollar franchises like Halo 3, always with a focus on experiences that feel intuitive, joyful, and deeply human.

I believe the best design comes from curiosity, not certainty. That’s why I lead with play. Whether it’s a strategic brainstorm or a messy whiteboard session, I create space where designers can be bold, vulnerable, and a little weird. (Yes, Play-Doh and Mr. Sketch markers make regular appearances.)

Outside of work, I’m a dad to three wildly creative kids who remind me daily to be playful and stay present. I’m also a lifelong cyclist — the bike is my moving meditation, my clarity machine, and sometimes my best problem-solving partner.

If you’re looking for creative leadership rooted in joy, collaboration, and curiosity—let’s connect. I’m always on the lookout for new teams to build, coach, and dream with.

A FEW TEAMS I’VE HAD FUN PLAYING WITH

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE SANDBOX

From brand storytelling and mobile apps to design systems and full-blown campaigns, each of these projects reflects my belief that serious design doesn’t have to take itself too seriously. I’ve led teams through ambiguity, brought ideas to life with heart and humor, and always made room for a little creative mischief. These are the joyful, collaborative moments where strategy and play came together—and made something we were proud of.

CREATIVE COLLABORATION STARTS WITH PLAY

The Play, Creativity, and Problem Solving Workshop is a fast-paced, hands-on session designed to get teams thinking differently. It’s part improv game, part sketchbook, part creative chaos — with just enough structure to make the mess meaningful.

We explore how play fuels better ideas, how constraints spark innovation, and how doing weird things together builds trust. Every workshop is a little different, shaped by the people in the room. If your team needs a reset, a spark, or just permission to think like kids again, let’s talk.
